What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Personal delivery and instruction – $25 surcharge, Office collection and installation – free of charge,
Send by registered Singapore Post (Singapore only) and for orders above $100 –  free of charge,
Next day delivery for orders before 16.00 hours and Monday till Friday – $7.50,
Send by registered Singapore Post Malaysia – $10.
For Online orders below $100 we charge $5 delivery cost (Singapore only).

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Maestro, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery.

How long will delivery take?

After you have placed your order, you will be contacted by our team. When you choose for office collection we strive to have the tracker delivered within 5 business days.
Next day delivery by courier when ordered before 16.00 hours and from Monday till Friday.
Singapore Post deliveries normally within a week.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you ordered and paid for your tracker on-line, one of our staff will contact you and make an appointment for set up, instruction and collection at our office. If you feel confident enough to set up the tracker yourself with the help of our “easy” set up  instructions, you can choose to have the tracker send by Singapore Post or delivered by courier.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, after you have placed your order an automatically generated invoice will be mailed to you.
